The Best Chewy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Who doesn’t love chewy oatmeal raisin cookies??? Seriously, I don’t know anyone who doesn’t.  They are even more amazing when they are really big and have a crisp outer edge like the ones here.  I’ve always had the ones that were thick and chewy but these thinner ones with the crisp outer edge and the chewy middle are in a league of their own!  They are perfectly sweet and have just the right spice from the cinnamon.  They are a great any time of year cookie but especially great for the upcoming holiday season!  These would be a great gift to give or just eat them all yourself with a big tall glass of milk!  These really are a must try, I promise you will not be disappointed!

a great gift idea
perfect for the holidays!
a glass of milk is the perfect match for these chewy pieces of goodness!

I had these cookies first hand from the chef who made them and to put it simply, they are AMAZING!! So chewy and filling! I would highly recommended not only these cookies but the other items also listed on this blog!

Just made these. They came out great! Great flavor, I added a touch of clove to the batter and they are a big hit. I altered the size of the cookie as well to make them a touch smaller, just a personal preference. They are soft chewy and delicious! Thanks!
